The statutes came into force on January 1, 1992. Version according to the amendment resolution of the members' meeting on October 28, 2020.
Guideline on antitrust compliance in association work
One of the fundamental principles of the German Toy Industry Association is the strict observance and compliance with applicable antitrust regulations at both the national and international levels. To this end, the German Toy Industry Association has implemented the Antitrust Compliance Guideline in its association work. Adherence to the rules contained therein is a prerequisite for participation in committees and for attendance at events of the German Toy Industry Association.
